One-page staff AI use policy

Your team is using AI already, whether or not you’ve said anything. This one-page policy tells them what’s fine, what’s off-limits and who to ask. Copy it into a Word or Google document, fill in the square brackets, delete any line that doesn’t fit your business, and send it round. Then spend ten minutes going through it at your next team meeting. A policy nobody has discussed is a policy nobody follows.
Keep it to one page. If it grows longer, people stop reading it.
