These terms apply to paid BizzyAI offers sold by Adam Eunson, Talstrasse 69, 8852 Altendorf (“we”). Last updated: 6 October 2026.

1. What you get

The newsletter and news articles are free. Members get the guides, tool reviews and templates of the months they own, on this website and as a Monthly Edition they can print or save.

2. Every month you pay for is yours to keep

Every month you pay for is yours to keep, including after you cancel. A month means all guides, tool reviews and templates published in that calendar month. You keep access to the months you own in your library on this website, and you can save each Monthly Edition for your own records.

3. Plans and prices

• Monthly: CHF 20 per month. Each payment adds the month in which that billing period starts. While your membership runs you can also read the current month as it comes out.
• Annual: CHF 190 per year. The payment adds the 12 months the year covers.
• Team licence: CHF 49 per month for up to 10 people in the same business (the buyer and up to 9 colleagues). The buyer owns the months and manages the team. Colleagues can read the team’s months while they are on the team.
• Single month: CHF 20, once. Adds that month.
• Catch-up deal: CHF 20, once, for members with an active membership. Adds every month published before your first month as a member.

Prices are in Swiss francs and are final prices. If VAT ever applies, it is shown at checkout and on your receipt. You pay by card or TWINT through Stripe.

4. Renewal and cancelling

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page (“Manage billing”). Your plan then ends at the end of the period you have paid for; we don’t charge again and you keep every month you paid for.

5. Refunds

Every month you pay for is yours to keep, so we don’t refund the current month or year when you cancel: your plan simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or can’t access what you paid for and we can’t fix it, write to hello@example.ch within 14 days of the payment and we’ll refund it in full. If we refund a payment in full, the months that payment added are removed from your library.

6. Using the content

You may use guides, reviews and templates in your own business and share them with your own staff. Please don’t republish or resell them. Team licences cover the people on the team.

7. No advice

Our content is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. We check prices and facts when we publish, but tools and rules change. Check before you rely on them.

8. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, as far as the law allows.

9. If BizzyAI stops

If we ever close the service, we will give members at least 30 days’ notice to save the Monthly Editions they own.

10. Law and court

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Altendorf (canton of Schwyz), unless the law says otherwise for consumers.
