Verdict: Use Composio if you work in Google Sheets and Gmail and want Claude or ChatGPT to put reminder drafts straight into your mailbox. Setup takes about an hour, and a US company gets access to your email. On Microsoft 365 with Claude, try Claude’s own Microsoft 365 connector first.
