AI note-takers compared: Teams Copilot, Otter, Fireflies and tl;dv
Archive · Issue of 11 September 2026

Verdict: If you already pay for Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Workspace, use the note-taker built into Teams or Meet before buying another tool. Of the separate tools, tl;dv is the one to shortlist if EU hosting matters to you. None of the four lists Swiss German, so plan for Standard German in recorded meetings.
How we assessed this: vendor documentation, published pricing and independent reviews. Last updated October 2026. Not yet hands-on tested.
