AI agents for small businesses compared: Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work and Microsoft Copilot Cowork
Archive · Issue of 2 October 2026

Verdict: For most Swiss teams of 3 to 50, start with Claude Cowork on a Team plan: clear pricing, scheduled tasks that run in the cloud and the best-documented safety controls. Pick ChatGPT Work if your team already lives in ChatGPT, or if you want tasks triggered by new Gmail or Slack messages. Wait on Microsoft Copilot Cowork unless you already pay for Microsoft 365 Copilot and your admin is happy with usage-based billing.
How we assessed this: vendor documentation, published pricing and independent reviews. Last updated October 2026. Not yet hands-on tested.
