AI quick-win finder: find the three tasks where AI saves you the most time

You know AI could save your business time, but not which jobs to hand over first. The AI quick-win finder skill interviews you about your working week and gives you three tasks to try this month, each with an estimated time saving, what a person must check and a first step.

What it does

  • Asks about your business, the software you already pay for and the tasks that come up every week, one question at a time. It collects at least 8 tasks.
  • Scores each task for Pain (1 to 5, from the hours it takes) and Risk (1 to 5, how bad a small AI mistake would be if nobody caught it). A task with personal data about customers or staff gets 1 extra risk point.
  • Ranks the tasks by Pain minus Risk. A task with Risk 4 or 5, such as payslips or contract clauses, never makes the top three. It goes on a list called “Later, with a human check”.
  • For each of the three wins, gives you how AI helps, which tool to use, the estimated time saved per month as a range labelled “Estimate”, what a person must check, a first step for this week and any data protection point.
  • Recommends AI tools only, and prefers the AI already included in software you pay for, such as Copilot in Microsoft 365, Gemini in Google Workspace or the AI in your accounting tool.
  • Works from task descriptions only. It doesn’t need names, client details or figures, and tells you so if you paste them.
  • Uses Swiss defaults: CHF, dates like 09.10.2026, Swiss German spelling with “ss”, and the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) for any personal data.

It prepares a recommendation only. It never sets up, buys or sends anything for you.

When to use it

  • You want to start with AI but don’t know which job to try first.
  • You want to rerun the 20-minute AI audit after three months, or when your work changes.
  • Staff use AI here and there, and you want the team to agree on the first three jobs.
  • You want to know which weekly tasks are safe to hand to AI and which need a person to check every line.

Once you’ve picked your wins, the morning briefing is a good first daily habit.
